Vintage modernist brooch designed by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta, made in Finland in the 1960s. The brooch is shaped like a pointed leaf or stylized wing, with curved line engraving across a high-polish silver surface. A small facet cut lab created purple spinel is set flush into one end, adding a warm contrast to the cool-toned metal. The design is sleek and sculptural, typical of Kauppi’s work.
