Sterling silver Viking longboat pendant designed by Malcolm Gray for Ortak, hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office with a date letter for 1980. The design is cast in relief within a circular silver frame, featuring a stylised longship with serpent-head prows and a billowed sail. The surface shows fine detail to the hull and waves, typical of Ortak’s production from this period.
Hallmarks: Edinburgh Assay Sterling Silver marks with date letter ‘F’ for 1980.
Bail is fixed and integrated into the frame.
