Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

I offer upgraded delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm at an extra cost. The processing time for these orders remains 1-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free UK postage on orders over £40.

  • For orders under £40, the current postage price is £3.05.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • If you choose Express service at checkout, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

International Shipping

I currently offer international shipping to selected locations outside the UK, including some EU countries.

Please note that no duties, taxes, or import fees are collected at the point of sale. Depending on your local laws, you may be required to pay duties, fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

For international buyers who prefer taxes to be collected at the point of sale, please visit my Etsy store. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please get in touch before placing your order.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at nordicfairey@outlook.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK & EU orders, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. I will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs & buyer pays return postage.

If your order arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible at nordicfairey@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do my best to find a satisfactory solution.
