Elis Kauppi was a pioneering modernist jewellery designer and co-founder of Kupittaan Kulta in Turku Finland (1945-1988). Known for his avant-garde approach, Kauppi's minimalist silver and gold pieces are simple yet original. His work has been featured in international exhibitions and is highly sought after by collectors of modernist jewellery.

Hallmarks: Finnish Crown Mark, 813h for 813 grade silver, Kupittaan Kulta Anvil makers mark, Turku city mark, date letter G7 for year 1960
