A bold and beautifully made Scottish plaid brooch by Robert Allison, crafted in solid sterling silver and set with a large faceted citrine at its centre. The engraved design features classic Scottish motifs including thistles and stylised knotwork, all radiating from the central stone in a traditional cross formation.
Fully hallmarked at the Glasgow Assay Office with a date letter for 1960 and the maker’s mark for Robert Allison.
