This antique Finnish silver brooch was made in 1909 during the height of the Golden Age of Finnish Art and worldwide Art & Crafts movement. Its shield-like form and subtle hand-engraved details reflect the Nordic interpretation of organic, handcrafted beauty from the early 20th century. A fine example of Finnish craftsmanship in silver.
