Looks like this would have had a glass locket compartment at the back at some point.
Unmarked, tests as silver.

Some dings at the front as seen on the photos. This has been cleaned and polished ready to wear, some untidy soldering marks at the back that didn't polish away.
Wear commensurate with age.
