This Finnish modernist pendant blends clean 1960s styling with a distinctive Space Age curve. Crafted in silver and set with a faceted lab-created blue spinel, the design has a sleek, sculptural form with mid-century futuristic appeal. The open-backed setting lets the stone catch the light from every angle, adding a subtle brilliance to the piece.
The pendant is hallmarked for Finland, with a maker's mark for Kyminlaakson Kultaseppä Oy. No date letter present. Included chain is a later addition, stamped 925, and complements the pendant well.
Pendant including bail measures 4.8 cm x 1.9 cm. Chain length is 43 cm. Excellent vintage condition with light signs of wear consistent with age.
