This vintage Finnish silver brooch is a modern recreation of a Viking Age buckle unearthed in Tiihala, Kangasala, dating from 800–1050 AD. Chosen as the model for Kangasala jewelry in the 1950s, the original artifact now rests in the Finnish National Museum.
Its design features ancient magic circles—small dotted motifs believed to bring good fortune. Once a love token around the year 1000, this brooch carries beauty and symbolic meaning.
