A 1960s Finnish modernist silver ring by Martti Viikinniemi, set with a rounded amazonite cabochon. The stone sits prominently in a sculptural silver setting with the strong simple form typical of Finnish jewellery from this period.
There is a personal inscription inside the band.

Marks: Martti Viikinniemi maker's mark, Finnish crown mark, 813H, Heinola town mark and date letter N7 for 1966.
This has been cleaned ready to wear.
