Vintage Finnish bronze Vöyri brooch by Kalevala Koru. The elongated design is based on a 5th-century archaeological brooch found at Lålpeltkangas in Vöyri, Finland.
The brooch has a raised central section with engraved bands and geometric detailing at each end. This design was part of the Kalevala Koru collection from the 1950s until around the turn of the millennium.
Size: 6.9cm x 1.1cm
Marks: Kalevala Koru maker's mark, Made in Finland.
This has been cleaned ready to wear.
