Historic reproduction by the famous Norwegian Juhls silver gallery, this design is based on a historic Sami design from the middle ages area that is now part of Finland. The three dangly bits create kinetic element to this brooch.
This brooch doesn't have a traditional pin, it has a true historic design. You pull fabric throug the whole in the middle and then put the pin through the fabric as per picture, the tension of the fabric will then hold the pin close. This brooch is only suited for heavier fabrics due to its construction. It is so fabulous though so you will want to wear it on your favourite coat or scarf everyday.
